As architectural designers born and bred in Burnley, we are proud to operate our practice in the town centre. From the very beginning, our journey as HAD & CO has been about more than just design; it’s about community, resilience, and empowering the next generation.

Our portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects right here in Burnley, including pavilions, sculpture design, flat conversions, HMOs, and assisted living spaces. Each project reflects our commitment to enhancing our community’s landscape while adding to the rich tapestry of our hometown.

One of our biggest passions is mentoring local students pursuing T-levels in construction. We often have up to five students working alongside us, sharing knowledge and fostering a supportive environment. We believe strongly in giving back to Burnley and helping young people navigate their paths in a challenging industry.

Our journey hasn't always been easy. As women from diverse backgrounds in a traditionally male-dominated field, we faced significant challenges. Starting our business with limited support, we encountered numerous obstacles, but we remained determined and committed to our vision.

Today, we proudly stand as a testament to perseverance and dedication in Burnley.
